How to keep Yellow Nylon the same color - underwrap in GOld, over in Lemon Yellow, it looks just like it does on the spool. Problem solved

  3. Vizwrap of Mark's

Mark, I semi-wrapped the pattern for you in Vizwrap. Not as detailed, but pretty much the same end result.

  6. Gottog's Rod - Closer Inspection

You can't see it, but there is a Silve Star in the center of the pattern. I started with Dark Grey threads, and after a few passes switched to lighter grey. The effect is teh darker grey looks like a shadow behind teh lighter grey arms. Or I'm just imagining things
  7. Gottog's Rod

Rod I built for my man GT - CGBT841M extended to 7'6. There is a little color Variation with teh Gray threads, gives it a slight 3D-ish appearance. Just can't tell with the pics
  8. The Warden

My wife Elke with a 6.75# FLuke taken a few weeks ago from the North Shore of Long Island on the Celtic Quest. Notice, there is no picture of my fish caught from that day. Hmmm?!?!

My Fly Tying desk which has been cranking out some sweet Lima Bean jigs the past week. More rods on this side of the room, back of the room, side of the room, and there are 3 up in my libing room.
  10. Side of entire shop

Fancy. How many things "wrong" do you see in this pic? lol. #! - there is an ALPS printer o a Foosball table, but no coputer. It ain't gonna print no labels sitting there. Blanks tangled in the net of the baketball hoop. Anyone know a good MAid?
  11. Drying Box

Right now I can only dry 2 rods at a time, but I'll make a stand to allow a couple of rods to turn on the 2nd floor. Nevermind the unfinished walls, or that the lathe bed is not connected
  12. Storage under table

Looks a lot cleaner in the pics. This is a Start Kit from Home depot with a Countertop. Total cost is about $90 for Starter, $40 for top.
  13. Dirty Corner

Other side of my room with Delta Midi, and some storage bins. Knob on Delta Midi doubles as a hook to hang kite strip on so you can paint jigheads.
  14. Main Table

15 FOOT (not inch) long wrapping table. Obviously, I'm not wrapping rods at this moment. 14 FOOT Drying box above, with only one of the doors open
  15. striped-bass.com Logo

Grip Inlay. Figured out an easy way to cut straight, even, and very thin pieces of EVA. Getting it all glued together is an other story.
  16. Plate Seat

Matching the guide wraps on teh plate seat. needs more epoxy, I know
  17. IGMNST tip
