You can't see it, but there is a Silve Star in the center of the pattern. I started with Dark Grey threads, and after a few passes switched to lighter grey. The effect is teh darker grey looks like a shadow behind teh lighter grey arms. Or I'm just imagining things
Rod I built for my man GT - CGBT841M extended to 7'6. There is a little color Variation with teh Gray threads, gives it a slight 3D-ish appearance. Just can't tell with the pics
My wife Elke with a 6.75# FLuke taken a few weeks ago from the North Shore of Long Island on the Celtic Quest. Notice, there is no picture of my fish caught from that day. Hmmm?!?!
My Fly Tying desk which has been cranking out some sweet Lima Bean jigs the past week. More rods on this side of the room, back of the room, side of the room, and there are 3 up in my libing room.
Fancy. How many things "wrong" do you see in this pic? lol. #! - there is an ALPS printer o a Foosball table, but no coputer. It ain't gonna print no labels sitting there. Blanks tangled in the net of the baketball hoop. Anyone know a good MAid?
Right now I can only dry 2 rods at a time, but I'll make a stand to allow a couple of rods to turn on the 2nd floor. Nevermind the unfinished walls, or that the lathe bed is not connected
Side View of a Big Black Circle with Silver "Hilights". Thanks to Cam Clark (for letting me pry through his wrap book) and Tom Wombold (who put the pattern on Vizwrap)
