  1. 15 wt GUSA fly rod handle

Built on a GUSA F8015DDH blank, Struble 4M Deluxe seat with recessed forward hood. #1 cork throughout- 39 rings total gave my Renzetti quite a workout! Continuous, extra-long forgrip for subduing 200 lb bluefin and 100 lb yellowfin tuna.
  2. 40" Chesapeake Bay rockfish

Typical trophy season rockfish. Caught aboard Capt. Skip Slomski's charter boat on a custom Lamiglas (foreground). These fish are monsters.
  3. spiral wrapped trolling rods in action

Trolling for rockfish (striped bass) on the Chesapeake Bay during the trophy season. Angler Calvin Jordan pictured reeling in a 40" rockfish on a custom Lamiglass BT842M with boxes butt wrap. If you look closely, you can see the line transitioning under the rod.
  4. red burl and #1 cork split grip on a Rogue SJ563

Threaded part of Fuji SKM16N hood skeleton epoxied directly to blank with fiberglass tape (cut to fit), then 3 cork rings mounted in front and 2 towards butt epoxied on and turned to match diameter. Then front hood epoxied with fiberglass tape and foregrip mounted. Trying to get as much cork on your hand as possible. Mike Naylor
