  1. Flame weaves for my son's rods

Since my youngest son has the same initials as I, I've attempted to personalize his rods with different things as they all have his "phoenix" weave, stole the pattern from a Maxima decal, pattern is 60 threads wide done in HT A metallic with Black A nylon
  2. Golden Acid Tuna Weave

42 thread pattern of the very rare Golden Acid Tuna sometimes caught off the coast of San Diego by anglers using acid rods. Thanks to Jim Lee for inspiration, pattern done in Ht A gold metallic with A black nylon for the turning thread.
  3. Phoenix 70 thread weave in A size Ht gold

Weave I put on my sons rods as he has the same phoenix tatooed on his back from college frat days! Black A nylon turning thread, HT A metallic for weave threads.

  8. Doc's bft weave in HT A electra

Just did this weave of Doc's bft in A electra metallic thread on a buddy's rod, just one of dozens and dozens of great weave patterns Doc has for sale. The electra thread really looks nice in a weave, pic doesn't do it justice.
  9. Pre-Loom Difficult Weave

79 A metallic thread weave done with tape before I had my looms. Most difficult weave I've done, many steps had over 12 thread changes, its a 48'friends boat I used to fish on. Took 9 straight hours to finish, ended up with a nice headach, bad photo, digital of orig photo, first presentation gaff I made had this weave with boat owners name on either side of boat weave.
  10. Gudalupe Island yellowtail fishing

My son and I at Gudalupe Island off Mexico last summer with some 35# yellow tail caught using giant squid for bait, his was bigger than mine!

  13. turks head reel seat

5 inch turks head knot done in place of a reel seat, real pain in the butt to do
  14. Presentation gaff A metallic weave

For those of you that got these fonts with one of my weave looms, I added another thread to the bottom font to avoid single threads
  15. walking stick thread art

Walking stick made out of an old wooden headed golf driver. Many layers of thread to thicken the shaft for easier chevron construction.
