split grip wood handle

mesquite (sp?) with 3 liberal coats of birchwood caseys walnut stain, then a good wet coat of tru oil, then buffed satin with a fine steel whool pad. used Andy Dears method of sanding with the wet tru oil to fill in the grain, worked fantastically!!!
