G&L FlyCraft Crowsnest River Series Rod

The first time we turned Macassar Ebony we knew exactly how we'd use it--it has the dense grain and rich tone we were looking for in accent rings in our Crowsnest River Series grips. Here it frames rings turned from a spectacular piece of stabilized Box Elder Burl. We then carried the "double trim" theme into the thread wraps, which are done in Gudebrod Chestnut with Ole' Gold Metallic.

Hope you like the result as much as we do! It's become our "signature" on all our Crowsnest River Series rods.
