    This is a seat turned from a juniper block cut to expose the end grain. After turning it approximately 2mm over size I soaked it with "Hot Stuff" CA and sanded to final size. The seat shown has no further finish. This is the first time in several tries that I found a way to fill the end grain for a finish like this. The Andy Dear DVD was my inspiration.
