Chuck for holding Blanks firmly in power wrapper or lathe

Close up showing rod chuck mounted to skateboard wheel used as ball bearing support. PVC cap is the base, with a rubber cap with a small hole cut in the center as the chuck itself. VERY FIRMLY grips blanks of various sizes.

Later, I deleted the hose clamp, because it wasn't needed, and was off balance.
