Rod shop needs more space?

Naa..not yet...but the downside of a seperate building & lot for the shop is the new 'Authority' requires a sewer hook-up...another $1000 expense.But,whatya' gonna do ??? Besides,I'll now be able to actually live in it if the Wife tosses me out !
