Wrapper Stand Quick Fix

Simply got tired of the rod jumping out of the wrapper stand. Materials-2 1/2x 1/2 Corner Braces for the hardware store $2.99 for four. Used a Dremel w/ a cut off disk to cut out the slot in the bracket and the slot in the stand. Drilled a hole in the bracket to hold the wheel and then drilled a hole in the stand to hold the screw and wing nut. Total time to complete project, 20 minutes. Should have done this three years ago
